Lisa joined Platt Rushton in 2002 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007.  In fact, she was the top student in the South Essex area in her advanced stage examinations and became a fellow of the ICAEW in 2017.

A large part of her work is on corporate clients, dealing with their accountancy and tax matters. She also handles service charge accounting needs and supports new start-up businesses. She has built good relationships with local solicitors and deals with a lot of trust and estate work.

Outside of work, Lisa is married with two sons and a pet Labrador, whom she enjoys taking family holidays with, whether that be skiing, overseas adventures or the good old UK.  She also enjoys trips to the theatre and has a major interest in tennis. She particularly loves Wimbledon but also tries to attend at least one overseas event each year.
