Matthew joined Platt Rushton in 1995 and has built up many years of experience in all aspects of financial accounting and taxation. Matthew oversees a large portfolio of clients and enjoys working with a wide range of mainly small owner managed businesses including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.

Matthew also oversees the payroll, bookkeeping and VAT support services provided by the practice. He provides systems and practical help to clients with their day-to-day accounting problems from bookkeeping and HMRC filings to tax planning, financial statements and corporate tax returns.

Outside of the office, Matthew is involved with his local church, and enjoys walking the dog and spending time with his family.
